Reason:
Gave defected item during trades.

Explanation:
On 9 October 2010 (Saturday), buymyinstocks asked for trades. I have taken snapshots for all to see. It is pretty much self-explanatory. I've also posted up my reply to her.

After that, I gave her a text. Snapshot our whole conversation!

I usually DO NOT do meetups else where. Especially not purple line.
But seeing I'd like to trade quickly and I will be going harbourfront (via bus at queenstown).
I might as well just meet her at her convenience even though she initiated the trades.

So the next day, she sent me a text asking if I could meet her at 2pm instead. So I agreed.
When I gave her a text saying I'll be reaching soon, there was no reply. And when I arrived at Boon Keng, no replies still! So I decided to give her a call. She didn't pick up.

At 2:07pm, she sent me a text saying she's coming down now.
After doing the trade, my friend told me the colour wasn't black, it looked greyish.
I decided not to be bother by it. I decided to let it go.

I just wanted a black skinny. Not really bothered if it was worn.

When I went home, I decided to try on the jeans. I was surprised that the zip was BROKEN. I could not stand it anymore and sent her a text. No replies after 2 hours plus, I decided to "threaten" her.

And she replied me with,
"Hey isit? How come i did't saw it when i packing your item?"

Honestly, how would I know if you did or didn't see the defects while packaging? So I sent her a text back saying that I took some pictures and I could send it to her if she wants to.

And guess what?

NO REPLY AT ALL.

This is the skinny I was supposed to get!
It is stated "BRANDNEW"

And a washed black skinny with a broken zip was all I got!

To prove I am not lying about the skinny, here are three photos.
The first two are not so obvious, but you will be able to see the wash marks.
And the third photo is of the broken zip! And with very obvious colour fade.
